Your family never pays. Invite as many people as you like.

Ask the box. A chat that answers from their own pages, and quotes the page each answer came from. It will be an optional extra at $15 a month for the whole family. The box works without it.
About the price
What does the price cover?
One box: one person's life. We read every page, sort it, put it on a timeline, and find the gaps. Then it's yours to open and share.
What if I find more later?
Add it. The lid never closes. You can add pages and photos at any time, up to the size of your box. Your family can answer questions and add what they remember, for as long as they like.
Can I get it back out?
Yes. You can download every page, photo, and typed-out word at any time. The book builder is coming soon. It will give you a print-ready book of the parts you choose.
Is there a subscription?
Not for the box. You pay once, and you can download everything at any time. Ask the box is an extra that's coming soon. It will be optional, and the box works without it.
Can I make a printed book?
Soon. The book builder is on its way, and it comes with the box. It lays out the book and gives you a print-ready file. You print it wherever you like. We don't run a printing service.
Does my family pay?
No. Everyone you invite reads for free.
What about a second box?
Each box is one person. After your first, every box is $199.
What if my box is bigger than that?
Tell us when you request a spot. We'll work out a price for a bigger box.
What do pilot families pay?
$149, which is half of the full price of $299. The pilot is by invitation, for a small group of families. If it goes well, we'd love a few words from you too.
